The words “toilet paper” conjure up intense images and thoughts of the recent shortage. Toilet paper can be useful for other things besides just bathroom purposes. Those toilet paper rolls can be used to expand your child’s creative abilities! For example, with toilet paper rolls your child can create toilet paper: bunnies, lambs, frogs, dinosaurs, monsters, butterflies, bees, penguins, foxes, chickens, pigs, mermaids, and even rats! Some supply items you might want to have on hand include:

  • Toilet Paper Rolls
  • Colored Paper
  • Scrap Colored Paper for Extra Elements
  • Coloring Pens, Pencils, Crayons or Paint with Brushes
  • Yarn
  • Cotton Balls
  • Glue Stick
  • Scissors
  • Pipe Cleaners

Homeschoolers: Sketch/color an illustration. Explain how the Little Mermaid saves the prince!
