A New Year’s resolution is a promise people make to themselves to do something positive to improve their life in the coming year. Do you have any New Year’s Resolutions for 2021? Want to be happier? There are many different ways we can improve ourselves. Here are a few ideas for New Year’s resolutions:

  • Try volunteering
  • Improve your skills
  • Read the scriptures every day
  • Pray more often
  • Memorize scripture
  • Read a good book
  • Forgive someone
  • Keep the Sabbath Day holy
  • Fast
  • Practice tolerance
  • Refuse to gossip
  • Do random acts of kindness
  • Exercise
  • Drink more water
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables
  • Write/email/text/call someone who might be lonely
