Hot enough? Temperatures have been hot for how long now? Crazy weather going on here. Did you know?

  • Salt Lake tied an all-time heat record of 107 on Sunday set back in 1960
  • A heat wave, or heatwave, is a period of excessively hot weather, which may be accompanied by high humidity, especially in oceanic climate countries
  • Another heat wave gets under wave in Philadelphia, while trees are losing their leaves too soon
  • Portland, Salem and Eugene, Oregon, all experienced seven consecutive days of highs above 95 degrees
