You can teach your child to be healthy by following the Food Pyramid guidelines:
- 6-11 Servings – Bread, Cereal, Rice, Pasta
- 3-5 Servings – Vegetables
- 2-4 Servings – Fruit
- 2-3 Servings – Milk, Yogurt, Cheese
- 2-3 Servings – Meat, Poultry, Fish, Dry Beans, Egg, Nuts
